Direct Support Personnel

Pembroke Pines, FL Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking 15 compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join a dedicated team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

$20.00 per hour

• Full-Time
• 40 hours per week
• 5 days per week
• Rotating weekends required
• Open availability needed
• Schedules provided 2 months in advance

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living activities
• Provide personal care and support
• Promote independence and life skills development
• Foster a safe, caring, and supportive environment
• Follow individualized care plans and support goals

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Current CPR Certification (if applicable)
• Must meet all state and federal requirements

• Adults (18+) with diagnoses that may include:
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Down Syndrome
  • Seizure Disorders
  • Multiple Disabilities
