Although THHN Consulting is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, we welcome licensed PTAs from ALL Florida counties. You will work in your own community - serving patients near where you already live. No relocation required.

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to provide skilled home health therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors throughout Florida. You will implement treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists, providing hands‑on patient care in the home health setting on a flexible schedule you control.

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health guidelines
  
  Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications

• Active, unrestricted PTA license in Florida
• Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
• Proof of professional liability insurance
• Valid W-9 (we will provide a blank W-9 if needed)
• Reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
