We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our firm, providing vital support to our attorneys in the areas of trusts and estates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing annual accountings, inventories, annual plans, initial plans, e-filing pleadings, drafting motions, and monitoring deadlines.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of all court documents, including but not limited to inventories, accountings, and plans.Prepare and maintain estate and trust accountings and tax records.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including motions, petitions, and orders.Coordinate and manage deadlines, ensuring all legal documents are filed in a timely manner.Collaborate with clients, court personnel, and other professionals to gather information and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.Monitor case progress, maintain case files, and update clients regularly on case status.Utilize legal software for e-filing pleadings and other court documents.Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.Qualifications:
Experience as a Trusts & Estates Paralegal.Paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualification is required.Proficiency in preparing annual accountings, inventories, annual plans, initial plans, e-filing pleadings, and drafting motions.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong research and report-generating skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software platforms.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and confidentiality for clients.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Interested in hearing more?
