We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast‑paced, result‑oriented legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical malpractice, along with excellent legal research and writing skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, including litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Job Details Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and stay updated on current laws and regulations.Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and legal opinions.Represent clients in court and argue motions, attend depositions, mediations, and trials.Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.Foster and maintain client relationships while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and adherence to professional ethics.Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals, providing guidance and support as needed.Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Must be a member in good standing with the FL state bar.A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney, preferably in medical malpractice.Demonstrated experience in legal research and writing, with a strong ability to draft and interpret legal documents.Proven track record of representing clients in court and managing complex litigation cases.Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes in the best interest of the client.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
