Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team at Walmart US. You are responsible for delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep all projects on track.

Frequent travel across the U.S. is required.

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Motivate and guide teams to meet timelines and deliverables, fostering collaboration and resolving store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing talent.
• Minimize impact on store operations by understanding plans and implementing effective scheduling.
• Serve as a project management owner, ensuring projects meet budget, scope, and quality guidelines.

Primarily overnight shifts of 10–12 hours. Frequent travel of up to 1,000 miles from home; 80% of time away from home, typically 17–21 days at a time.

The annual salary range is $60,000–$110,000. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock options.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with one year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; or three years of such experience.

• Master’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Build relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, and monitor progress for continuous improvement.
