About The Bizarre Agency

The Bizarre Agency is a Miami-based face-to-face marketing agency working with recognized brands and nonprofit organizations through live events, promotional activations, and customer engagement campaigns. We’re looking for outgoing, energetic people to join our Miami team as Brand Ambassadors. No previous marketing experience is required. We provide training and are primarily looking for candidates who are confident around people, reliable, motivated, and ready to learn.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent client campaigns at live events, retail locations, community activations, and other high-traffic locations throughout the Miami area. Your role will focus on engaging directly with customers, creating positive interactions, explaining client campaigns, and supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness. This is a fully in-person role and is particularly suited to someone who enjoys meeting new people and working in busy, social environments.

• Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional locations
• Approach and engage with customers face to face
• Create friendly and memorable customer experiences
• Explain products, services, promotions, or nonprofit initiatives
• Answer questions clearly and confidently
• Assist with customer sign-ups, registrations, sales, or fundraising campaigns where applicable
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights
• Accurately record daily campaign activity and results
• Collaborate with other team members throughout campaigns and events

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in busy public environments
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Able to reliably commute throughout the Miami/Coral Gables area
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

This position could be a particularly good fit for applicants coming from restaurants, hospitality, retail, events, customer service, promotions, sales, or other positions involving regular interaction with the public. Recent graduates and career changers are also encouraged to apply. This is a full‑time, in‑person position in the Miami area. We are currently looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.
