Overview
Lead Supervisor role is an integral part of the store’s overall success; modeling the behaviors needed to directly impact all aspects of the Company’s business:
Sales and Operational Processes. This individual demonstrates exemplary performance behaviors, represents Coach at its highest standards, and adapts to all roles within the store environment.

ResponsibilitiesSales
- Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) aligned to Company priorities and values
- Endorses, models and develops the team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations
- Enforces sales strategies and growth across all categories
- Works with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to adapt store strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to store and financial results
- Leverages floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong metrics; remains results driven
- Productivity Management: holds sales team accountable for personal sales
- Maximizes clienteling strategy in partnership with leadership; monitors process to achieve business goals
- Builds credibility with team and customers as a personal fashion advisor to deliver results
- Represents Coach as a brand ambassador in local markets to drive loyalty and business
- Reads customer cues; tailors approach to needs
- Resolves customer issues with a solution-oriented mindset; partners with leadership as appropriate
- Develops product knowledge and stays aware of current collections
- Understands staffing impact on sales and recruits accordingly
- Coaches, develops and motivates the team to meet goals; delegates and empowers others
- Welcomes feedback and sets short- and long-term personal goals; provides regular feedback to leadership
Operations
- Manages daily operational tasks according to Coach standards; adapts to business needs
- Demonstrates strong business acumen
- Communicates with supervisors regularly; remains adaptable and professional
- Maintains interior and exterior upkeep of the store in partnership with corporate
- Uses retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions
- Adheres to Coach retail policies and procedures including POS and operations
- Leverages tools and technology to support clienteling, sales, and goals
- Works with leadership to adjust store strategies to improve productivity
- Ensures daily tasks are completed without harming Coach service standards

Additional Requirements
- Experience:
1-3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail. Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical:
Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, walkie talkie; read price and product release sheets. - Physical:
Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; maneuver on the sales floor; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipments/transfers.
Schedule
:
Ability to meet Coach scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.
