As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor), you are the trusted expert that customers turn to for all things beauty. You will create a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that builds confidence and drives sales.

• Educate customers and provide tailored beauty consultations, including makeup application and skincare recommendations.
• Demonstrate products and showcase new arrivals, trends, and innovations that match customers’ unique needs and style.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through consistent follow‑up, virtual outreach, and personalized service.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves to support a seamless customer experience.
• Engage in sales activities, such as promotional events, product launches, and loyalty program incentives, to achieve daily sales goals.
• Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and effectively interact with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by demonstrating product application and educating customers on benefits and usage.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space and leveraging clienteling tools.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and presenting loyalty program benefits.
• Proficient use of point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools.
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience required.

• Talk and interact with customers, lift up to 25 lb., stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to process transactions.
