• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a financial analyst
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate financial information.

• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Support daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and business planning for a facility of approximately 170 employees.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, explain variances, and support business decisions.
• Manage accounting activities related to inventory, purchasing, manufacturing costs, and capital spending.
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve accuracy.
• Maintain fixed-asset and capital project records while monitoring spending and project progress.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
