You will ensure that the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight. Carrying out night audit s and duty management duties whilst ensuring that all guests receive the highest standards of guest service.

• Previous experience within a front office, reception or front of house position, or equivalent
• People management experience
• Quality & standards driven
• Outstanding customer service skills

Our hotel has The River Room restaurant, the Manor & terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
