As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Have extensive experience in NQF and EYLF, creating adaptive learning programs to cater to the unique needs to each child.

• Support high‑quality practice through intentional interactions and reflective thinking.

• Contribute to bush kindy and nature play, embedding outdoor learning as a core part of each child’s day.

• Offer mentorship and support to team members, while also being supported in your own professional growth.
