Position

• Development of business and technical requirements
• Develop and Implement Microsoft platform based software applications and solutions to design and requirements specifications provided including migrations and optimization of existing applications and solutions
• Articulate technical issues to end users in an easy and understandable manner
• Provide deep technical implementation and deployment expertise
• Be a very solid team player that can work well in teams of 2-10 analysts/developers/testers

Qualification/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
• Excellent communication sills, communicate well with other project members/project leadership and customers
• 5+ years of total experience with deep technical knowledge centered on the .NET, Windows and SQL Server platforms
• Must be experienced with
  • .NET Framework, C#, C++;
    • Visual Basic, Java,  as add-on experience is a plus
  • XML, Microsoft Web Services technologies
• SOA concepts/knowledge
• Experience in 1 or more of Biz Talk, Sharepoint, Commerce Server implementations
• Must either hold an MCSD/MCAD 2000/2003 certification or have completed majority of exam(s) towards the same
• Ability to clearly relay technical knowledge to both technical and non-technical people, written and verbally.
• Self Directed
• Travel up to 50%
• Ability to engage deeply with customers from requirements gathering through analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
• 3+ yrs experience in delivering solutions in one or more of the following areas – eCommerce, Supply Chain, ERP, CRM, Procurement, MRP, Mobile applications

Position

• Working with project sponsors to clearly define and deliver Microsoft platform based technical solutions
• Working alongside Project and Account Managers throughout the project lifecycle as the technical/team leader
• Collating requirements by using various methods including interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, user case scenarios and business process descriptions
• Working with Project Managers and Architects to write functional requirements documents and playing a technical leadership role for the project in delivering all technical specifications
• Ensuring that systems built are robust, scalable and deliver high performance
• Troubleshooting team integration issues
• Leading the sharing of best practice, eg accessibility standards
• Assist account managers in the execution of technical sales initiatives
• Keeping ahead of the curve of technology innovation
• A significant plus will be the ability to assist business development by identifying and engaging account/sales teams to look at new opportunities with the customer

Qualification/Requirements:

• Masters Degree preferred; minimum BS degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), documentation and time management skills
• 8+ years total experience in building and deploying enterprise applications based on Microsoft .NET , Windows and SQL Server platforms
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server based database design, OLTP databases, SQL server Set based concepts, advanced T-SQL programming, SQL Server performance tuning and SQLCLR (With .Net/C#)
• Must be experienced with
  • .NET Framework, C#, C++;
    • Visual Basic, Java,  as add-on experience is a plus
  • XML, Microsoft Web Services technologies
• Deep understanding of SOA concepts/knowledge
• Deep experience in 2 or more of Biz Talk, Sharepoint, Commerce Server implementations
