Job Summary

5+ Years of Extensive Hands-on Experience in High-speed Product design and development Shall possess excellent Communication and Presentation skills, and customer handling. Shall have extensive work experience in Mother board designs / Key boards / Mouse / PC Accessories Expertise in any of the following areas: RF Design / Analog Design / power Supply design Shall have extensive Experience in Cadence tools like OrCAD and Allegro PCB layout Viewer Shall have excellent design analysis (including SI and PI Simulations), circuit simulations, Issue analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Shall have hands on Experience in supporting Product Build issues debug and resolution Should be hands-on with EMC/EMI Compliance test support process.

Shall very good knowledge in Test Lab equipment, hands-on with soldering for debugging Hands-on Experience in Diagnostics SW design and development

Key Responsibilities

• To leverage design expertise to ensure that software and products exhibit user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and alignment with user expectations, contributing to the creation of seamless user experiences.
• To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.
• To present design concepts and play a crucial role in shaping the overall design vision and strategy.
• To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.

Skill Requirements

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
