The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:
- Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Oversee budget management and cost control to achieve financial goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Custom Homes should have:
- Proven experience in residential construction, particularly in custom home projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
The Project Manager - Custom Homes will receive:
- Competitive salary between $90,000 and $110,000 USD annually.
