Job Description

The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:
  • Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Oversee budget management and cost control to achieve financial goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
