Position: Teller (30 hours/week)

About the Role

We are looking for an eager individual to join our team as a Teller. No previous banking experience is required—we will train you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, no matter how they choose to bank with us.
  • Provide friendly and accurate financial transactions.
  • Receive deposits, cash checks, issue withdrawals, and record deposits.
  • Act as the face of the bank, providing customers with the best banking experience and assisting with financial needs while building strong relationships.
  • Support the retail banking center goals and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about helping others and providing excellent customer service to a variety of customers face‑to‑face.
  • Previous cash‑handling or sales experience with excellent attention to detail preferred.
  • Motivated by a position where initiative and contribution to team goals are valued.
  • Desire to join an organization that encourages cross‑training and promotes from within.
