• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Coordinate expedited and in‑house orders with production supervisors and customers
• Maintain and update department spreadsheets
• Track Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) and lead times
• Generate WIP reports using Quick Books
• Create and send formal quotes to customers

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal. written communication, and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self‑starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
