Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
A growing manufacturing company in Kennebunk is looking for an energetic and dependable
Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position working closely with customers and internal production teams to keep orders, priorities, and deliveries on track.
Location: Kennebunk, ME
Pay: $20/hour weekly pay!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40+ hours/week; occasional Saturdays may be required
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Coordinate expedited orders and customer requests with production
- Track work-in-progress (WIP), lead times, and order status
- Maintain spreadsheets and generate WIP reports
- Coordinate customer-driven changes and prioritize urgent requests
- Prepare and send formal customer quotes
- Create quotes using established pricing
- Coordinate order requirements with customers and production
- Support customer surveys and trade show coordination
- Use Quick Books for reporting and other customer-related tasks
- Blueprint reading is a plus, but training can be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional, and friendly phone presence
- Reliable and dependable
- Quick Books experience is a plus, but not required
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
