Wellness Coordinator

Join our team as a Wellness Coordinator and become one of the authors of our story. The Wellness Coordinator provides an exceptional environment in spa and retail to enhance guests’ visits, schedules treatments, meets and greets guests, sells merchandise, and ensures spa areas are inviting and functional.

• Maintain the spa area in a spotless condition and keep the common areas clean between appointments.
• Show comprehensive knowledge of all treatments and provide recommendation and suggestive selling.
• Process spa reservations, handle billing, and greet guests upon arrival and departure from their treatments.
• Support all aspects of retail: assist guests, display products, drive suggestive selling, and manage merchandising.
• Handle guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction, and communicate issues to management for inter‑departmental resolution.
• Use good judgment while performing duties, and maintain discretion and diplomacy.
• Ensure spa linens and garments are cleaned, folded, and maintained to the highest standards.
• Participate in all designated programs, meetings, and training sessions.

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, spa/wellness, or retail is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with an outgoing team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Combination of education and work experience is acceptable.
