Key Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating and implementing patients' physical therapy plans
Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Participate in team meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active Maine PTA license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Completion of an accredited  Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient care skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
