$20.00 per hour | Daytime Shifts | Short-Hour Blocks | Immediately Hiring Right at Home Boston and Maine’s Kennebunk office is immediately hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants / Personal Care Specialists (PSS), and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care to clients in Kennebunk and surrounding communities.

This opportunity is well-suited for caregivers who are available during the day and prefer shorter shift blocks while supporting clients who wish to remain safe and independent in their homes.

Position Details Pay rate: $20.00 per hour Daytime shifts available

Short-hour shift blocks

Part-time and additional-hour opportunities

In-home client assignments

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

Provide companionship and emotional support

Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

Provide medication reminders

Accompany clients to appointments or errands when assigned

Follow the client’s care plan and document services provided

Report changes in the client’s condition to the office

Qualifications

Current PSS, DSP, CNA, or DSW credential or relevant caregiving experience

Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes

Ability to complete all required background checks, health documentation, and training
