Assists in the management of culinary personnel, including hiring, training, performance reviews, wages, coaching, discipline, termination, and scheduling.;
Create effective, cost-efficient schedules for assigned culinary team based on forecast and budget.;
Conduct daily shift briefings to kitchen staff on operational focuses, safety issues, specials, culinary education, guest feedback.;
Oversee inventory, sanitation, and daily food preparation; manage receiving, logs, and food cost reporting.;
Coordinate with hotel staff for room counts, room service, events, and special orders.
