Job Description
Join our team as a Housekeeper, where your passion for cleanliness and attention to detail will shine as you meticulously prepare and maintain our guest rooms. Be the silent architect of memorable stays, ensuring that every corner sparkles with comfort and warmth for our valued guests.
We offer a $1,500 sign‑on bonus!
Responsibilities- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
- Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- One year of previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- BiLingual is a plus
