Job Description

The Operations Houseman is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day functionality of the property by assisting with event setups, guest experiences, furniture moves, and operational projects. This role works across multiple departments to ensure guest-facing spaces are properly arranged, equipment is delivered where needed, and special requests are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

A strong team player with a proactive mindset, the Houseman helps create seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences through behind-the-scenes support.

Essential Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Event Support

  • Set up and break down guest experiences, special events, and resort activities.
  • Arrange furniture, décor, equipment, and amenities according to departmental standards.
  • Deliver and stage guest requests, including cribs, rollaway beds, luggage racks, and other amenities.
  • Ensure all event and guest spaces are clean, organized, and presentation-ready before and after use.
  • Work closely with Events, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services to execute memorable guest experiences.
