Job Description

The ideal candidate will be friendly, devoted, curious, and have a strong passion for food with a particular interest in baking and pastry. We are looking for individuals who are confident they will become an integral member of a team that values hard work and brings detail and care to every part of their work day.

  • Mix and bake ingredients to produce bread, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Assist Pastry Chef in expanding bread programs and offerings throughout the Mayflower.
  • Assist Pastry Chef in launching a Grab & Go Pastries & Sweets program for guests of the Mayflower.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items not used, following all proper standards for refrigeration and storage.
  • Supervise, operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment.
