Full-Time | Hourly | $30-$34/hr

A growing industrial manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Industrial Production Equipment Technician to support production operations within a heavy manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing production equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency standards are consistently met.

This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment requiring strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and experience working with industrial equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate, start up, calibrate, monitor, and shut down industrial production machinery
  • Adjust machine settings and raw material flow to maintain production consistency and product quality
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform preventative maintenance, equipment cleaning, and minor mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs
  • Troubleshoot production equipment and clear machine jams as needed
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records
  • Follow OSHA, PPE, and plant safety procedures at all times
  • Support housekeeping and general plant cleanup efforts
  • Work closely with maintenance personnel, forklift operators, and production staff to support daily operations
  • Assist with material handling and other plant‑related duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience operating and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Experience with hydraulics and welding preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues in a production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Pay range: $30-$34/hr based on experience
