CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Kennebunk, ME! Manufacturing Associate is responsible for preparing parts for coating and finishing by operating automated and manual blasting and polishing equipment within a manufacturing environment. This role supports production quality through hands‑on processing and safe equipment operation.

Kennebunk, Maine

• Operate automated blast cabinets by placing parts on spindles, monitoring rotation cycles, and removing parts upon completion.
• Perform manual blasting by placing parts inside cabinets and hand-blasting using attached gloves.
• Operate REM polishing bowls.

• Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands‑on tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location:

Kennebunk, ME
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

  Shifts:
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM.
