Adecco Staffing is hiring
Coating Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Kennebunk, Maine. This is a hands‑on manufacturing role operating specialized equipment used to process metal components.
Training provided. Temp-to-hire opportunity with the opportunity to learn specialized coating equipment and manufacturing processes.
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential | Weekly Pay.

What You'll Do- Operate and monitor specialized coating production equipment
- Load and unload metal parts and materials as required
- Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions
- Monitor equipment and the coating process for proper operation
- Perform quality checks and identify any issues with parts or equipment
- Make basic adjustments as needed and report equipment concerns
- Complete required production and quality records
- Follow all safety and quality requirements
- Keep the work area clean, organized and safe
- Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
- Crosstrain on additional equipment and manufacturing processes
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Experience working with production equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn specialized equipment
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
