• Full‑time openings for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts
• Base pay $34.50 – $37 per shift; shift differentials up to $46.00 per hour
• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and oversee implementation of care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants in delivering care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

• Valid state license (LPN)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
