RN Nurse Manager, Clinical, Home Health

Position Overview

Title: Home Health Nurse Manager

Location: Kennebunk, ME

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 (NO weekends)

The Clinical Manager will maintain a regular on‑site presence, leveraging alternative work arrangements as appropriate to support operational effectiveness. This role offers a degree of flexibility in work location, prioritizing the needs of the team, patients, and organization.

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year
• Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,400 per quarter

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Collaborate closely with the Rehab Manager, Director, and DCO for cohesive and consistent management of all field staff.
• Review all clinical documentation to ensure consistent, accurate, high‑quality services.
• Coordinate client care, referrals and act as internal case manager and client advocate.
• Assist in hiring and interviewing field staff.
• Represent BAYADA in community and marketing activities, including visits to physician offices and facilities.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in home health.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
