Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.;
Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment; measure, weigh, chop, trim, and peel ingredients.;
Safely operate kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers) and use various cooking methods.;
Bake, roast, broil, steam, and portion food according to guidelines; garnish as needed.;
