Position SummaryDirect Support Professionals (DSPs) at Woodfords' Expedition Program play a vital role in assisting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives! They engage in a range of community and center‑based activities while incorporating therapeutic and evidence‑based practices that foster the achievement of personalized goals and future planning.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a team‑oriented approach, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license & use of reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification, or successful completion of the full DSP course within 6 months of hire (Employees are paid by Woodfords when attending DSP training)
