Waypoint in Maine seeks a Residential Per Diem Direct Support Professional to support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Per diem role; up to 25 hours weekly; maintain active status with minimum 12 hours every two months.
The DSP will help residents, follow plans, promote independence, and ensure a safe, dignified environment in homes and programs. High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and strong English required.
