Ochsner Health in New Orleans is searching for BC/BE, General Anesthesiologists to join our expanding team of physicians practicing the MD Primary model of care. Interested Anesthesiologists will have the opportunity to perform up to 75% of their cases solo and will work with a mix of residents and CRNAs on the balance. New graduates and experienced Anesthesiologists are invited to apply.

Successful candidates will enjoy caring for complex patients undergoing challenging surgical procedures within our tertiary-care referral center.

The Department of Anesthesiology includes 70 anesthesiologists, 100 CRNAs, and more than 45 house staff, with an annual case volume of more than 52,000.

• Perform up to 75% of cases solo.
• Collaborate with residents and CRNAs for remaining cases.
• Provide anesthesia care for complex surgical procedures.

• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Experience with complex patients and challenging procedures acceptable but not required.
• Ability to work in a tertiary-care referral center environment.
