Sr Patient Access Representative

Provide excellent customer service to patients, guests, family members and employees throughout their medical experience;
Explain insurance benefits and collect co-pays, deductibles and self-pay portions; inform patients of financial responsibility;
Research and resolve issues impeding the efficient and effective registration of accounts; monitor queues and quality assurance scores;
Monitor team productivity and accuracy; meet department productivity and accuracy goals;
Adapt communication style to diverse patient populations while maintaining privacy and professional explanations of services
