Human Resources Generalist III

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist III to support and enhance our Human Resources operations. This role reports to the Manager, Human Resources and is responsible for HR management, talent acquisition, and training initiatives. The Human Resources Generalist III will act in the Manager’s absence and play a key role in designing and implementing strategic talent programs that support business objectives.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and managers across all levels of the organization
• Manage complex employee relations matters, provide guidance on disciplinary actions, performance management, and promote a positive workplace culture
• Create and analyze reports and data related to salary administration, benefits, and strategic planning initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members, including HR Administrators and Benefits Specialists
• Serve as back-up to the Manager, Human Resources in their absence
• Oversee talent acquisition operations by collaborating with recruiting agencies to identify and secure top talent
• Manage recruiting and hiring processes to maximize efficiency and enhance candidate and employee experience
• Ensure HR department personnel are cross-trained to ensure seamless delegation of responsibilities
• Draft, classify, and maintain standardized job descriptions for all employees
• Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training and development programs
• Identify and drive training improvements aligned with company strategic and departmental goals
• Coordinate and enhance employee education and advancement programs, including supervisory training
• Maintain employee orientation programs, awards, and recognition initiatives
• Track employee development and maintain accurate training records
• Develop and present metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs
• Conduct ongoing assessments of training needs and implement appropriate training strategies
• Establish and manage training schedules and calendars

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employee relations matters
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement training and development programs
• Strong analytical skills with experience generating and interpreting HR metrics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and attend meetings throughout the facility
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
