A mission-driven, fast-growing organization in the education and digital enablement space. They support more than 100+ partners across a large multi-brand ecosystem and are heavily investing in modernizing their Mar Tech stack. Backed by strong executive support, this team is undergoing a major transformation and expanding its leadership to accelerate digital experience innovation.

As the Vice President of Martech you’ll shape, architect, and scale the next generation of digital experience technology. You will lead a large team while owning the full Mar Tech ecosystem, CMS/DXP platform strategy, and AI-driven personalization capabilities.

• Owning and evolving the enterprise Mar Tech stack, including CMS/DXP platforms.
• Leading a major CMS implementation and digital experience modernization effort.
• Building and scaling personalization engines — including anonymous user personalization.
• Implementing AI-driven solutions for content automation, personalization, and content generation.
• Managing, restructuring, and developing a team of 35–50 across Mar Tech, web, and digital experience.
• Partnering closely with engineering, IT, marketing, and product in a multi-brand environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Deep, hands‑on Mar Tech leadership experience at enterprise scale.
• Strong technical acumen — able to communicate effectively with engineering and technology teams.
• Experience leading large transformational initiatives, ideally CMS or DXP implementations.
• Background working across multi‑brand or multi‑tenant digital architecture (nice to have).
• Exposure to Optimizely (bonus).
• Leadership experience managing teams of similar size.

• $235k–$265k base salary + bonus
