• Prior experience in assembly/manufacturing
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven electrical and mechanical assembly skills
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated
• Good with tools, machines, and instructions
• Detail-oriented - quality counts
• Safety-focused with teamwork in mind

• Assemble parts with accuracy
• Operate and care for basic tools
• Inspect and ensure quality at every step
• Pack and prepare products for shipment
• Work with the line to meet quotas
• Keep safe with PPE and clean work habits
