As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you’ll play a key role in developing confident, highly skilled nursing professionals while driving quality patient care. You’ll lead the design and delivery of engaging, unit-based education programs that support nurses at every stage of their career. From onboarding new team members to facilitating continuing education, you’ll ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Serve as a go-to expert for nurses, students, and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll support the development of critical thinking, clinical competency, and confidence across a variety of patient care scenarios.

Guide new graduates and experienced nurses alike through hands‑on coaching and mentorship. You’ll model best‑in‑class nursing practice and help clinicians strengthen their assessment, decision‑making, and patient care skills.

Collaborate with leadership and the education team to implement evidence‑based practices, improve patient safety, and ensure high standards of care. You’ll help introduce new clinical initiatives and reinforce best practices across your unit.

• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and advancing nursing practice
