We are seeking a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and experience operating mowers, blowers, edgers, hedge trimmers. As the Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of lawn maintenance workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
You will use Jobber software to manage the day-to day schedule.
- Lead a team of lawn maintenance workers
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed on time
- Operate mowers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers
- Maintain equipment and report any issues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Experience operating mowers, blowers, edgers, and hedge trimmers
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Jobber software program a plus but will train
