Customer Service Associate II

Role Summary

Your positive, friendly disposition and eagerness to get things done make you the right person to join our team as a Customer Service Associate II. You’ll assist with daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and be cross‑trained to support the cash register as needed.

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandise and stock as needed
• Assist with store cleanliness, including bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain security of cash and company assets
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height; meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required
• High level of integrity required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required
