Position Summary
Communicates and explains membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members, assists with account decisions, builds membership levels, encourages renewals, communicates credit card program types and application processes, and promotes the value of Sam's Club products and services.
Provides customer/member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
Maintains area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the car wash/gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing signage, handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise supplies, and identifying shrink and damages to ensure a safe work environment.
Receives and stocks merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, organizes and maintains the facility following company procedures, utilizes equipment appropriately, merchandises items, and completes and retains required paperwork, logs, and documentation.
Operates equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
Operates and maintains Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provides products and services to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
