• Deliver a high‑energy, positive experience for club members and encourage them on their fitness journeys.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming club environment that meets members’ expectations.
• Recruit new and existing members for fitness classes and introduce them to Black Card amenities.
• Assist at the welcome desk by checking in members, offering greetings and farewells, and providing non‑high‑pressure tours.
• Support membership enrollment, club operations, and other responsibilities as needed.
• Lead by example, stay enthusiastic, and invite members to participate in club activities.
• Adhere to a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Passion for helping others and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other tasks described below.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated on‑time dependability.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, kneel, twist, or crouch as required.
• Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals; ability to handle them safely.
