Burlington - 3324 Williams Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and SOP adherence;
Coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions, and pricing with Merchandising;
Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, returns-to-vendor and chargeback paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy;
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead by example to establish strong leadership presence;
Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget including reporting and payroll/workforce management
