Process memberships, promote benefits, upgrades and accounts to meet membership goals;
Fulfills member orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Provides member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services;
Maintains safety by following safety standards and procedures including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners to identify priorities and meet deadlines and adapt to change.
