• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customers’ needs.
• Build value by offering tailored, thoughtful solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Company and the Cricket brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to extra bonus payment.

• Fluent in at least two languages; specifically English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Background in retail sales helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Resident within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Proficient in operating a personal computer.
• Adherence to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking duties.
• Required to stand for long periods of time in order to provide customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions to completion.
• Problem solving under pressure.
