• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage emergencies
• Extract water and set up drying equipment
• Perform demolition and cleanup
• Monitor job sites and document progress
• Communicate with homeowners and business owners during stressful situations
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment

Every day is different. Every job matters.

• Have construction, restoration, or handyman experience (preferred, not required)
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Can lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
• Are willing to take occasional on-call shifts
• Show up on time and work hard
• Want to learn a skilled trade

No restoration experience? We train motivated people.
