Danella Storm Services – General Foreman

We’re looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead storm response events. Currently, our yards are situated in Plymouth Meeting, PA;
Cambridge City, IN;
Walpole, MA; and Kenner, LA. Join us and help us continue building one of the most trusted teams in the industry.

Position:
Storm General Foreman

Pay:
Competitive, based on experience, with storm-related performance bonuses

Schedule:
Flexible hybrid, with full availability for storm calls

Lead and manage large-scale storm restoration projects, overseeing 25–50 FTEs during storm events. Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing storm projects or large-scale restoration events
• Ability to adapt quickly to storm restoration demands while meeting customer deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Must be an IBEW member in good standing
• Must hold a valid CDL B or Higher with a Valid Medical Card
• Proficiency with computers and project organization tools. Highly responsible, accountable, and dependable
• Calm, steady, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Consistently demonstrates professionalism in all situations
• Living within one hour of the yard location you are applying for is preferred
