Description
We Match Talent with Opportunity in a Professional Fleet Maintenance Environment. Tractor/Trailer Mechanic will repair and maintain Nationwide Freight Equipment- Repairs and services Semi-Trucks and Trailers
- Troubleshoots issues or problems with vehicles and machinery as necessary to make repairs.
- Maintains a clean and safe repair shop.
- Tracks inventory of parts and tools needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains repair log for vehicles and equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read repair manuals for various types of vehicles and equipment.
- Excellent mechanical repair skills.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED with one to three years of related technical experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training required.
- ASE Certification(s) (preferred; but not required)
