• The Journey — Safely transporting guests to and from the New Orleans Armstrong International Airport (MSY), including late‑evening and overnight runs.
• The Welcome — Assisting guests with luggage and offering a warm greeting (and a reminder about our famous cookies).
• The Guide — Sharing information about hotel amenities, local dining, and directions.
• The Upkeep — Completing daily vehicle inspections, keeping the shuttle clean, and reporting maintenance needs promptly.

• Active Driving — Ability to sit and drive for up to an 8‑hour shift, including nighttime hours.
• Physical Strength — Lift, carry, and load/unload luggage up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Safety First — Maintain focus and alertness while navigating airport traffic, road construction, and varying weather conditions — day or night.
• Communication — Frequent use of a two‑way radio to coordinate with the Front Desk.

• The Record — Clean driving record; must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Experience — Prior shuttle, limo, or ride‑share driving experience is a plus.
• Reliability — Our shuttle operates on a strict schedule, including overnight hours.
• The Person ality — A genuine smile and a calm, can‑do attitude—even during late‑night airport traffic.
