Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a confidential distribution client.

• Receive and inspect incoming packages and freight shipments for accuracy and damage
• Unload trucks and freight deliveries using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Verify packing slips and shipping documentation for correctness
• Allocate and distribute incoming inventory to appropriate warehouse locations or departments
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Load and unload freight carriers and parcel delivery services
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with general warehouse projects and additional duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience required
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred
• Experience with both parcel shipments (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) and freight shipments (LTL/FTL)
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documents
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping functions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday
• Work performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Warehouse equipped with fans for employee comfort
